ENERGY | FRESH FROM LANGLEY

The Township of Langley is host to a large variety of events and festivals that bring to life the energy that runs through the people of Langley. The joy of live music, delicious eats, and fun festivals is embraced by those who take in all the diverse offerings of the area. Many come back to take in the excitement of attending the many sporting and events venues that energize locals, guests, athletes, and entertainers alike. 

Celebrations such as the Fort Langley Jazz and Arts Festival will get your toes tapping as they gather together over 300 musicians and a multitude of artists in a fantastic showcase of the arts. Brewhalla, Fort Langley edition, is the ultimate festival, where you can sip, sample, dance, and eat with craft beer, music, and tasty treats!

A couple of other favourite festivals in the Township include the Fort Langley Cranberry Festival, as well as Sun & Soil. A much loved annual event, the Cranberry Festival celebrates the cranberry’s role in local history going back thousands of years. You can dance and eat at a series of concerts held throughout the Valley in the summer with the collaboration of countryside locations, local food providers, and talented artists at the Sun & Soil Concert series.

Nothing gets us more revitalized than an invigorating competition held at the Langley Events Centre, George Preston Recreation Centre, or Thunderbird Show Park (just for starters). With elite Canadian basketball brought to you by the Vancouver Bandits or high-action hockey from the Vancouver Giants and the Langley Rivermen, you’re not going to be able to resist getting your cheer on! And get ready to be thrilled with world-class equestrian events as well as an array of restaurants, bars, boutique shops, face painting, and pony rides when you visit the show park.
